Terms and Conditions
• Delivery
Products of ARMOR brand can be ordered from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 to 4:30 PM and 8:00 to 3:00 PM on Friday. Delivery is made the next business day in contrast to the other brands in the market that deliver within 72 hours. In the event that an item cannot be delivered in the due time, the customer will be informed immediately and the same is arranged ASAP.
• Shipping and handling
When an order of 1,200 € or more is made delivery is included in the price of goods and not VAT. In case an order is made less than the above, shipping and handling is to be paid by purchaser.
• Invoices
Standard Invoices are due within 8 days. However, in some cases prepayment is required for example the first consignment of a new customer or companies with consistently poor payment habits.
• Handing over the responsibility
Once the carrier hands over the product, the responsibility resides with the receiver.
• Declaration
Seller represents that the product is a genuine by brand ARMOR and meets all regulations and statutory requirements. Necessary documents are available at armor shop or on request at the registered office of the company.
